Roberta Doyle will use the creation of the 3 Year Public Affairs/Marketing Plan, from her time as Director of Public Affairs with the National Galleries of Scotland, as a Case Study.  She will use this real-life example to illustrate the process of creating the plan and the methodology of monitoring its successes and challenges.
